In view of the article, published in "Izvestia" Newspaper of 20 March 2008 as an exclusive interview of A.P.Yatseniuk, Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Press Service declares the following:
The Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine did not give any interview to "Izvestia" Newspaper.
The said article is a free rendering of some expressions selected by a journalist and presented as an interview with special emphasis.
The article fails to present the political and official stand of the Chairman of The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
